Where is my order?

How to track your shipment and what each tracking status means.

Updated today

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

You can also track your order here using your order number and email.

Tracking hasn't updated yet?

It's normal for tracking to show limited or no movement for the first 24–48 hours after dispatch. Once Australia Post scans the parcel within their network, updates will start to appear.

If your tracking shows "Australia Post has received information from sender", this means the shipping label has been created but the parcel hasn't been scanned yet. This commonly happens on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods.

Tracking still hasn't moved after 48 hours? Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.

Tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it

First, please check:

  • Around the delivery location (porches, side gates, behind plants)

  • With anyone at the address who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf

  • Any safe-drop or parcel locker locations near you

  • Your letterbox or front door — sometimes parcels are left in unexpected spots

If you still can't locate it, contact us with your order number and we'll open a missing-parcel investigation with Australia Post.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam or junk folder, and search your inbox for Lazarus Labs. If you still can't find it 48 hours after ordering, email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout.
