Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours - often the same day if placed during business hours. We process orders 7 days a week, including weekends and most public holidays.
When dispatch takes a bit longer
Occasionally dispatch can extend to 48 hours, usually during:
Major sale periods (Black Friday, EOFY, etc.)
Public holiday weekends
Stock-restock days when we're processing higher-than-usual volume
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.
Tracking number not updating after 48 hours?
If you've received your tracking number but it hasn't moved within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier. If you're already in an email or Intercom support conversation, reply in the same thread.
