The shipping label only includes the delivery address, our return address, and the tracking barcode required by Australia Post.
Transit conditions
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during normal transit times — no refrigeration during shipping is required. Once you reconstitute a vial, it should be refrigerated. See "How should I store my peptide?" in the Help Center.
