What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

How to report a missing item from your shipment.

  • Your order number

  • The name(s) of the missing item(s)

  • A clear photo of all items received, laid out together

  • A photo of the packaging (inside and outside)

The full layout photo is important - it helps us confirm what was packed vs what arrived, and lets us trace the issue at the warehouse.

How long until I hear back?
