What should I do if I received the wrong item?

How to report receiving the wrong product.

Apologies for the mix-up. Please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item you received (showing the label clearly)

  • A photo of the packing slip if included

  • A note of what you ordered vs what you received

What happens next

Our support team will respond within 1 business day and arrange for the correct item to be sent. If a return is required, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label β€” see "Do I have to pay for return shipping?" in the Help Center.

Please keep the incorrect item in its original condition until we've confirmed next steps. Don't open or use it.
