What should I do if I received the wrong item?

How to report receiving the wrong product.

Apologies for the mix-up. If you're reading this in the Help Center, email [email protected] with the details below. If you're already in an email or Intercom support conversation, upload the details in the same thread - you don't need to start a new email.

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item you received (showing the label clearly)

  • A photo of the packing slip if included

  • A note of what you ordered vs what you received

What happens next

Our support team will review the order and packing details. If we confirm the wrong item was sent, we'll organise the right next step. If a return is required, we'll explain exactly what to do.

Please keep the incorrect item in its original condition until we've confirmed next steps. Don't open or use it.
