Yes - once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
Your Australia Post tracking number
A tracking link
Your shipping details
You should receive this email within minutes of dispatch.

Check your spam or junk folder
Search your inbox for "Lazarus Labs"
Check the email address you used at checkout, especially if you use Apple Hide My Email or another relay address
If it's been more than 48 hours since dispatch and you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it. If you're already in an email or Intercom support conversation, reply in the same thread instead of starting a new email. If the checkout email may be different from the one you're contacting us from, include that checkout email too.
