Before dispatch
Yes - we can usually update the shipping address before dispatch. If you're reading this in the Help Center, email [email protected] as soon as possible with the details below. If you're already in an email or Intercom support conversation, reply in the same thread instead.

We'll check the order status and update it if the order hasn't already been packed or dispatched.
After dispatch
Once the parcel is with Australia Post, we can no longer change the delivery address from our end. You have two options:
Contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number and request a redirection. Their fees apply.
Wait for delivery at the original address and have whoever is there forward the parcel.
If the parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, we'll be in touch to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
