If your order HAS already been shipped
Once the parcel is in Australia Post's hands, we can no longer change the delivery address. You have two options:
Contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number and request a redirection (their fees apply)
Wait for delivery at the original address and ask whoever's there to forward the parcel
If the address ends up being incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we'll be in touch to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
