Where can I find Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

How to find COAs for our peptides and what they cover.

All currently available COAs are published on the Lazarus Labs COA page.

If a specific COA isn't visible there yet, that batch may still be undergoing third-party testing or may not have been published yet. Once testing is complete and ready to publish, the updated COA is uploaded to the website.

How testing works

Products are third-party tested, and published COAs may include:

  • Supplier COAs with Janoshik Analytical

  • Additional independent testing where available

  • Batch references that help connect Lazarus Labs vial labels to the relevant supplier test report

  • Supplier COAs have certain fields redacted to protect supply chain confidentiality. Our website lists our own batch number next to each redacted COA so you can correlate your vial's batch number to the correct test report.

  • Lazarus Labs has published 12 branded, unredacted Janoshik-tested COAs displaying our brand name, product batch numbers, and a unique identifier for full traceability. We plan to have all remaining supplier COAs replaced with branded versions by end of August / early September 2026.

Note: Lazarus Labs does not perform mass spectrometry testing on its products, including items like BPC-157 10MG.

What our certificates report — and what they don't

Single peptides: identity (LC-MS) and purity (HPLC).

Peptide blends (for example CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, BPC-157 + TB-500, KLOW): the identity and amount of each peptide. A purity percentage cannot be measured for a blend because the mixed peptides' impurities obscure each other, so none is shown.

Not currently included: endotoxin (LAL), heavy metals, sterility, residual solvents or mass spectrometry. We plan to add endotoxin testing in our next Janoshik testing round and will publish those results on the COA page when they are available.

About batch numbers on vials

Some vials may not have a batch number printed on the label - these are vials with our older labels. Newer labels include the batch number where applicable. Vials may display internal Lazarus Labs batch numbers, which can differ from the supplier batch numbers shown on a COA.

To verify a vial against a COA, use the public COA page to match the Lazarus Labs internal vial batch number to the corresponding supplier batch number. Only treat the match as confirmed when that exact mapping is visible on the public COA page or confirmed by our support team.

Need a specific COA?

If a COA you're looking for isn't on the public page, contact us with the product name and order number and we'll check the testing status. If you're already in an email or Intercom support conversation, reply in the same thread instead of starting a new email.

COA Availability Policy

While COAs are generally available for most products, there are exceptions based on specific circumstances:

  • Unavailable COAs:

    • For some products, such as Glutathione 1500mg, a COA may not be available. In this case, the supplier has testing for a 600 mg version, but it was not published because the product in question is a 1500 mg version.

  • Peptide blends — no purity percentage shown:

    • COAs for peptide blends do not include a purity percentage. This applies to all blend products. According to Janoshik Analytical: "The KLOW analysis only provides the ID and amount of the compound. Please note that peptide purity cannot be measured in blends, as impurities of the mixed peptides obscure each other." The COA will still confirm the identity and amount of each compound in the blend.

  • Reasons for Unavailability:

    • COA availability depends on the supplier's testing and documentation practices. If you have questions about the availability of a COA for a specific product, contact Lazarus Labs for further assistance.
