A Lazarus Labs account is required to place a research order, and creating one takes about a minute. Your account keeps order records and tracking together. Published certificates are also available in the public COA library without signing in; account registration does not establish a match between a physical vial and a report.
How to create your account
Visit lazaruslabs.com.au
Click the profile icon in the top right of the screen (next to the cart icon)
Click Register (or Sign up)
Enter your first and last name, email address, password and password confirmation, then complete the required account declarations
Click Create account
You can also create your account during checkout — when you go to place an order, you'll be prompted to register or log in before payment.

A required field is missing? Open the full My Account page and use its Register form. If the field is still absent, reply in your current support conversation with the page and error you can see. Do not keep retrying the same incomplete form.
