I can't log into my account — what should I do?

Resetting your password and resolving login issues.

Most login issues are solved by resetting your password or clearing browser session data. Work through the steps below.

Step 1 - Reset your password

On the sign-in page, click "Lost your password?". Enter your account email and you'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

If you don't see the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Search your inbox for "Lazarus Labs"

  • Confirm you're using the same email address you registered with

Step 2 - Try a different browser or incognito window

Saved cookies or autofill can sometimes cause login issues. Try logging in using:

  • An incognito / private browsing window

  • A different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
