My discount code isn't working — what should I do?

What to do when a Lazarus Labs promo or discount code won't apply at checkout.

Only discount or promo codes issued by Lazarus Labs can be applied in the Lazarus Labs checkout. A competitor's discount code, quote code, or promo code will not work in our checkout.

If another supplier has given you a quote or discount code and you want our team to review it, reply in your current support conversation with the details. Our support bot cannot promise a price match, create a discount, or validate competitor codes; a team member needs to review that kind of request.

If your Lazarus Labs code won't apply at checkout, it is usually one of a few common issues. Work through these first.

Common reasons

  • The code has expired

  • The code excludes sale or already-discounted items

  • The code applies to specific products not in your cart

  • The cart hasn't met the code's minimum spend

  • You've already used the code on a previous order (single-use)

  • Capitalisation or extra spaces (codes are case-sensitive)

What to try

  • Re-enter the code exactly - copy and paste if possible

  • Confirm there are no spaces before or after the code

  • Make sure you're entering it in the discount code field, not the gift card field
