Common reasons a code won't apply
The code has expired
The code is not valid for sale or already-discounted items
The code only applies to specific products not in your cart
The code has a minimum spend your cart hasn't met
You've already used the code on a previous order (single-use codes)
The code was entered with the wrong capitalisation or extra spaces
What to try
Re-enter the code exactly as written — copy and paste if possible
Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after
Confirm the code is being entered in the discount code field at checkout (not the gift card field)
