We don't currently offer phone support — all enquiries are handled by email. We typically respond within 1 business day.

If you're already speaking with us by email or Intercom Messenger, you're already in the right support channel — just reply in the same thread with any extra details.

  • Attach clear photos if you're reporting a product or shipping issue
