I didn't receive my order confirmation email

What to do if your order confirmation email is missing.

Order confirmation emails are sent within a few minutes of placing an order. They include your order number and a summary of what you ordered. If yours hasn't arrived, work through the checks below.

Check first

  • Your spam or junk folder

  • Your inbox for "Lazarus Labs" (search this exact phrase)

  • Your Gmail Promotions tab, if applicable

  • The email address you entered at checkout — typos happen

If you're reading this in the Help Centre, email [email protected] with the details below. If you're already in an email or Intercom support conversation with us, just reply in the same thread with these details — you don't need to email us again.

  • Your full name

  • The approximate date and time of your order

  • The last four digits of the card used (or the payment method)

We'll locate your order, resend the confirmation, and update the email on file if needed.
