Check the Promotions tab if you use Gmail
Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct
Still can't find it?
It's possible the email address was mistyped. Email [email protected] with:
Your full name
The approximate order date and time
The last four digits of the card you used (or the payment method)
We'll locate the order and resend the confirmation. We'll also update the email on the order if it was entered incorrectly.
