Placing an order on lazaruslabs.com.au takes about 2 minutes. A Lazarus Labs account is required to complete checkout — if you don't have one yet, you'll be prompted to create one (about a minute) when you reach the payment step, and your order records, tracking, and batch COAs are then saved to your account.
Step by step
Go to lazaruslabs.com.au and browse products from the homepage or shop menu.
Click any product to view details, COA, and current stock.
Select your quantity and click Add to cart.
Open your cart (top right of the screen) and click Checkout.
Log in or create your account. If you're new, registering takes about a minute — just an email address and a password. (You can also set this up in advance — see "How do I create an account?" in the Help Center.)
Enter your shipping and contact details.
(Optional) Add Shipping Protection to cover loss, damage, or delivery issues.
Choose payment — card, Afterpay, or Klarna.
Apply a Lazarus Labs-issued discount code if you have one.
Click Place order.
What happens next
You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes with your order number.
Your order is saved to your account, so you can view its status and tracking any time.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
A shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number is sent when your order leaves the warehouse.
