How do I place an order?

Step-by-step guide to placing an order on lazaruslabs.com.au.

  1. Visit lazaruslabs.com.au

  2. Browse the available products from the homepage or shop menu

  3. Click the product you want to view its details and current stock

  4. Choose the quantity and click Add to cart

  5. Open your cart (top right of the screen) and click Checkout

  6. Enter your shipping and contact details

  7. (Optional) Add Shipping Protection for loss/damage cover

  8. Choose your payment method — card, Afterpay, or Klarna

  9. Apply a discount code if you have one

  10. Click Place order

What happens next

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes

  • Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours in most cases

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when it goes out
