If the issue was caused by us
If we confirm that we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged, Lazarus Labs covers return shipping. If a return is required, we'll provide instructions and the appropriate return label.
If you're returning for another reason
If a return request is approved for any other reason (change of mind, ordered wrong product, etc.), you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm delivery back to us.
