If the issue was caused by us
If we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged, Lazarus Labs covers return shipping. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label via email — just print it and attach it to the parcel.
If you're returning for another reason
If a return request is approved for any other reason (change of mind, ordered wrong product, etc.), you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm delivery back to us.
