Can you ship in-stock items first if my order has a backorder?

How backordered items affect dispatch and partial-shipment requests.

If your order includes a backordered item, the order may be held until the backordered item is ready to ship.

Partial shipment is not automatic. Because shipping labels and fulfilment steps are tied to the order, our support team needs to review the order before confirming whether any in-stock items can be sent separately.

  • Which item is backordered, if you know

  • Whether you want the team to check if in-stock items can be shipped first

We'll review the order and confirm what is possible. Please do not assume an order has been split until support confirms it.
