No — we don't split orders. Your order is held together and ships complete, as a single parcel.
We don't ship part of an order early, and we don't send items out individually as they arrive. Every order leaves us once, as one tracked parcel.
Your items are reserved either way
When you place an order containing both in-stock and backordered items, the quantities you purchased are allocated to your order. Items that were in stock are not made available to another customer while your order waits, and each backordered quantity is committed to your order from incoming stock. Nothing you have paid for can be sold out from under you.
When the order is released
The order is held as one reserved order until every item in it is available. Once the remaining backordered items arrive, the complete order is released for fulfilment and dispatched together, normally within one business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking email automatically after dispatch — you don't need to chase it.
Where to see your expected date
The current estimated availability date for your order is shown on our order tracking page. If that date moves, the date shown there is always the current one.
Important: "Reserved" means the quantity is allocated to your order. It does not mean the available items will dispatch separately before the remaining backordered items arrive.
