Can I change my order after placing it (add or remove an item)?

What can be changed before dispatch, and how to request it.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can often help — but timing matters, so contact us as soon as possible.

  • Shipping address: can be updated before dispatch.

  • Cancelling the whole order: possible before dispatch.

  • Adding an item, or removing one item from a multi-item order: email [email protected] with your order number (LAZ####) and the change you'd like. We'll sort it out if the order hasn't shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change its contents.
