Shipping address: can be updated before dispatch.
Cancelling the whole order: possible before dispatch.
Adding an item, or removing one item from a multi-item order: email [email protected] with your order number (LAZ####) and the change you'd like. We'll sort it out if the order hasn't shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change its contents.
