What is Lazarus Pass?
Lazarus Pass is our paid membership for regular Lazarus Labs customers. It's A$14.95 per month, it renews automatically, and you can cancel anytime from your account.
It's an upgrade to your normal (free) account — you keep everything a normal account has, plus member-only benefits:
Store-credit rewards on every order — earn points on what you spend and turn them into store credit (1% to 5% back depending on your tier).
Shipping protection included — every eligible order is covered in transit, with no A$5.50 add-on.
A yearly birthday credit — A$10 to A$50 depending on your tier.
Priority support — order, tracking, COA, address and protection questions jump the queue.
Double-points weekends — earn double your tier's rate on eligible products during special events.
Membership tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold, which you rise through automatically as your 12-month spend grows (Gold adds free express shipping and priority fulfilment).
Your free account still gives you order history, tracking, batch COAs, saved checkout details and one-click reorder — Lazarus Pass simply adds the rewards and perks on top.

How do I join?
Sign in and open My Account › Lazarus Pass.
Select Join Lazarus Pass.
Enter your card details and confirm.
Your first A$14.95 payment is charged immediately and your membership is active right away.
Your card is encrypted and tokenised by our payment provider — full card details never reach our own servers. After joining, your membership renews automatically each month at A$14.95 until you cancel.
If you've spent with us before, you may land straight on Silver or Gold the moment you join — your tier is based on your last 12 months of spend, including orders from before you joined.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel yourself anytime in under a minute — no need to email or call.
Sign in and go to My Account › Lazarus Pass.
Scroll to the membership section at the bottom and select Cancel membership.
Confirm with Yes, cancel.
What happens when you cancel:
You keep all your member benefits until the end of the period you've already paid for — points earning, shipping protection, rewards and your tier all stay active until that date.
You are not charged again — cancelling switches off the next renewal.
Your status changes to "Cancels soon" until the paid period ends, then becomes "Cancelled."
Any reward coupons you've already claimed remain valid until their normal expiry. Once your membership ends you stop earning new points and stop receiving member perks.
There's no cancellation fee, and cancelling is no harder than signing up. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can rejoin anytime.
How does billing and renewal work?
Lazarus Pass is A$14.95 per month, billed to the card you joined with.
The first payment is taken immediately when you join.
It then renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime — you keep benefits until the end of the period you've paid for, with no further charges.
If a renewal payment fails: your status shows "Payment due" and we automatically retry your card. Your benefits continue through a short grace period while we retry. The easiest fix is to make sure your card is current — if it keeps failing, the membership is cancelled and member benefits stop. To update the card on file or sort out a failed payment, contact support.
How do points and rewards work?
Earning
You earn points on the eligible product value of every order while your Pass is active.
Your earn rate depends on your tier: Bronze 1 point per A$1 (1% back), Silver 3 points per A$1 (3%), Gold 5 points per A$1 (5%).
100 points = A$1 of store credit.
Points are earned on products only — shipping, shipping protection, the membership fee and tax don't earn points.
Redeeming
Every 500 points = A$5 of store credit, up to a A$50 maximum per reward.
In My Account › Lazarus Pass, choose your amount and select Claim reward. We generate a coupon code for you (e.g.
LP-7K3D9Q).The reward applies automatically at checkout — it's tied to your account email.
You can hold one active reward code at a time, so it's worth saving toward a bigger reward.
A reward covers up to 25% of an order, and codes expire after 90 days. If you don't use a reward before it expires, the points are returned to your balance.
Double-points weekends: during these events, active members earn double their tier's rate on eligible products.
Store credit is exactly that — credit toward future Lazarus Labs research orders. Points and rewards have no cash value and can't be paid out as cash.
Membership tiers: Bronze, Silver & Gold
Every member starts at Bronze and rises automatically as their spend grows. Your tier is based on your qualifying spend over the last 12 months (the same eligible product value that earns points) — and it counts orders from before you joined, so existing customers can land on a higher tier immediately.

Upgrades happen immediately when you cross a threshold.
Downgrades only happen after a grace period (about 60 days continuously below your current tier), so you're never bumped down mid-stretch.
All tiers include the core Pass benefits: store-credit rewards, shipping protection, double-points weekends and priority support.

How does the birthday credit work?
Add your birthday (day and month only — we don't collect the year) on the Lazarus Pass page in your account.
The credit amount depends on your tier: Bronze A$10, Silver A$25, Gold A$50.
You're eligible once your Pass has been active for at least about 3 months, and the credit is issued once per calendar year in your birthday month.
The birthday reward is a coupon that expires 30 days after it's issued and has a minimum order value to use it.
You can set your birthday only once yourself — if you need to change it later, contact support.
Shipping protection for members
Active Lazarus Pass members get shipping protection included on every eligible order — at no extra cost. Non-members can still add it for A$5.50 per order; as a member you simply don't pay that add-on.
Shipping protection covers eligible orders against issues in transit (such as lost or damaged parcels, or carrier misdelivery). It doesn't cover things like an incorrect address supplied at checkout, refused or uncollected parcels, or normal delays while a parcel is still moving — and it doesn't replace your baseline consumer rights. If a member order runs into a delivery problem, contact support with your order number.
Refunds, store credit and what happens to my points
Points and reward coupons are store credit only — they have no cash value and can't be cashed out.
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points earned on it may be reversed, and points may also be adjusted for chargebacks or order changes.
A reward coupon generated from points is not refundable for cash. If an order paid with a reward coupon is cancelled before it ships, support may be able to restore the coupon or points; once an order is fulfilled, the reward is treated as used unless staff restore it manually.
Cancelling your membership doesn't delete reward coupons you've already claimed — they stay valid until their normal expiry — but you stop earning new points once your paid period ends.
For anything involving a refund or a reward that didn't apply correctly, contact support with your order number.
Membership statuses you might see
Active — everything's running; you're earning points and getting all member perks.
Cancels soon — you've cancelled; you keep your benefits until your paid period ends, with no further charges.
Payment due — a renewal payment didn't go through; we're retrying your card. Update your card to keep your membership.
Cancelled — your membership has ended; you're no longer earning points or receiving member perks.
Not a member — you don't have a Pass yet; join anytime from the Lazarus Pass page.
