Can I return my order?
Yes — unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund.
How it works
Let us know first. Reply to your order email or message us in this chat with your order number (it starts with LAZ) and which items you're returning.
Post the items back to the return address shown on your parcel's sender label.
We refund on receipt. Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund the items to your original payment method. Banks typically show the refund within 3–5 business days of it being issued.
Things to know
Items must be unopened and in original condition — as research materials, opened vials can't be restocked or resold.
If your order has already shipped, we can't cancel it mid-transit; wait for it to arrive, then return it unopened as above.
If something arrived damaged, wrong, or missing, that's not a change-of-mind return — message us straight away and we'll fix it directly.
