Discount codes are typed in at checkout — they're not applied automatically from a link or email.
On desktop
The Discount code box is inside the order summary panel (the section listing your items and totals). Type the code exactly as written and press Apply. The discount line appears in the totals immediately if the code is valid.
On mobile
The order summary starts collapsed. Tap "Show order summary" near the top of the checkout to expand it — the discount code box is inside.
If the code won't apply
Codes are not case-sensitive, but check for typos and extra spaces.
Most codes have conditions — for example a minimum spend, first-order-only, or not stacking with another discount already in the cart.
