Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, so the name on your statement can look different from our website name.

Charges may also show as "pending" for a day or two before settling, and the settle date can differ from your order date.
Seeing a charge you don't recognise?
Check the amount against your order confirmation email — the charged amount always matches your order total, even if a pre-discount figure was displayed in the checkout summary.
If the amount matches an order, it's us — the statement name is just the processor's format.
If it genuinely doesn't match any order, message us first before contacting your bank. We can check the payment reference on our side in minutes, which is much faster than a bank dispute (and disputes can freeze legitimate orders).
If you paid with Afterpay or Klarna, the statement entry comes from them, not from us — their app shows the payment schedule.
