When you create a Lazarus Labs account we send a verification email to confirm your address. You need to verify before you can place an order, so if the email hasn't arrived you'll be stopped at checkout. Work through the checks below.
This is separate from your order confirmation email. If you've already ordered and are waiting on that instead, see I didn't receive my order confirmation email.
Check first
Your spam or junk folder
Your inbox for "Lazarus Labs" (search this exact phrase)
Your Gmail Promotions tab, if applicable
If you used a work or company email, your employer's spam filter may have quarantined it — a personal address is usually more reliable
The email address on your account — typos happen
Request a new one
Sign in and go to your account page
Use the send another verification email option
Wait a minute between requests — sending several in a row won't make them arrive faster
Verification links expire after 24 hours
If you're clicking a link from an older email you'll see a message saying it has expired. Request a fresh one and use the newest email — earlier links stop working once a new one is sent.
Wrong email address on the account?
Update the address on your account first, then request a new verification email. Requesting another one won't help while the old address is still on file.
Still stuck?
If you're reading this in the Help Centre, email [email protected]. If you're already in an email or Intercom support conversation with us, just reply in the same thread — you don't need to email us again. Include:
Your full name
The email address you used to sign up
We can confirm whether the email was sent, and verify the account from our end so you're not held up at checkout.
